How much stuff can I store on my site?

Depending on your site’s current plan, you are allowed a certain amount of storage space. You can upload pictures, videos, audio, and PDF files. If you need more space, feel free to upgrade your site to another plan.

Can I make money with my site?

Yeah! If you decide to upgrade, you can open a web store to sell physical or digital goods. Selling items not your thing? What about writing content? You can create premium subscriptions that your users have to pay for to view.

How many users can visit my site per month?

We don’t implement any traffic or bandwidth restrictions on any of our sites. You are allowed to have as many visitors on your site as you want. 


Will my site appear on Google?

Yes, if you set your site visibility to public, Google Bots will have the ability to crawl your site automatically without you having to do a thing. However, if you add your own domain, you must submit it to Google’s Webmaster tools in order for your site to appear on Google.

Why should I purchase my own domain?

Purchasing a domain for you site, (MyAwesomeSite.com), gives you site a more professional look and helps your site rank higher on Google’s search results. As well as making your site easier for you visitors to remember.

Can I add ads to my site?

Yes, of course. Feel free to add Google Adwords or any other type of ad service you would like to your website.

Where does the ad revenu go for free sites?

If you are currently using our free plan, you will notice that ads will automatically be added to your website. The money generated from these ads will go towards hosting and maintenance cost so we can continue to host your website for free.


How am I billed?

Each website is billed once per month. The price depends on what plan you have selected for you website. You can choose to fund your account by PayPal.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We currently only accept PayPal and Stripe for any payments.

Do you accept virtual, electron, debit or prepaid credit cards?

We apologize for the inconvenience, but because we receive a large amount of fraudulent sign-ups we’ve had to restrict the use of virtual/electron and debit cards. We made this decision after finding that up to 80% of abusive sign-ups used these types of cards. If you would like to pay with one of these cards, we recommend using the card to send a payment via PayPal.

How do I apply a promo code?

When you create a website, scroll down under the pricing tables. There will be a box where you can enter a promo code to your order. After clicking apply, your final subscription price will be updated.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Yes, you can stop your monthly subscription anytime you want. You will not be charged beyond the month you decide to cancel.

Can I downgrade/upgrade my subscription?

Yes, you can downgrade or upgrade your subscription at anytime. You can also hold two subscriptions simultaneously. But if you wish to change plans, please make sure to cancel the first one before purchasing the other.
